Is there any obligation?

No, you can cancel your membership at any time. You will no longer be billed after canceling. Pocketero does not offer refunds, so your membership will continue being active until the end of the current month you've already paid for.

Are there any hidden fees?

No, Pocketero's only fee is the monthly membership fee. Pocketero would not charge hidden fees because we are a Public Benefit Corporation.

How are payments handled?

You can pay by any major credit card (Visa, American Express, Discover, MasterCard, etc.). Each payment is for a calendar month. Your first month costs $1 and is paid immediately. Each subsequent month costs $19 and will be paid automatically on the 1st of the month.

Could my employer or church pay for me?

Yes, please invite your employer or church to open a sponsor account.

Are there limits?

No, Pocketero memberships are unlimited, meaning you can use Pocketero as much as you want. We do not dictate which providers you can use - feel free to invite a provider to our network. We also do not dictate which services you can receive or how frequently.
