Your membership covers your entire “family household”. That means it covers everyone in your immediate family who lives in the same household. That includes:
Your spouse who lives with you.
Your children who live with you (even if they do not reside with you full-time due to a custody agreement).
Your membership does NOT cover:
Your children who do not live with you (like a child who is attending college out of state, or an adult child who lives elsewhere).
Grandparents, grandchildren, cousins, or anyone else who is not immediate family (regardless of whether they live with you).
